Our team
Our team brings together over 100 years of combined expertise in international cooperation and EU funding. We have a strong track record in Baltic Sea cooperation and European city collaboration and development projects focused on smart cities, climate action and various other innovation topics.
With deep knowledge of Tampere’s strategic priorities, we work closely with the city’s key stakeholders and its main local and international partners to deliver impactful, future-oriented projects.

The Baltic Institute of Finland (BIF) is maintained by the Foundation for the Baltic Institute, established by the City of Tampere.
